*The sweetness of the berries disguises healthy spinach!
* Select a Greek yogurt with at least 13 grams of protein per serving, less than 190 calories & 6 grams of sugar. (Fage, Wallaby, Chobani and Dannon Oikos -all good choices) Or you can omit it all together!
Berry Simple Smoothie
1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup frozen blueberries (or other berries)
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup loosely packed spinach (can freeze ahead)
1 scoop LetsLose Whey protein Blend
1/3 cup ice
Blend after every two ingredients, adding ice last. Serve cold.
