YaY! It is summertime and time to GET MOVING.
We all know that sometimes exercise in itself can become boring and tedius. The trick to staying active or becoming active is doing something that is fun. Some ideas:
* Throw a frisbee; become an expert at it!
* Walk the dog, don’t have a dog? Borrow the neighbor’s.
* Take up a sport; Tennis anyone?
* Walk the mall
The key is to do something fun so you will look forward to exercise.
