Amber is a patient in our Trussville clinic, and we’re so proud of her! Here’s what she said about her weight loss journey. “At my highest weight, I was 294. I’ve always been rather large my entire life. I was bullied a lot in high school, and after having 4 children I reached my limit. I wasn’t happy with myself, I wasn’t happy with my body. I started coming to Let’s Lose in Trussville a few years ago. Originally I had started on medication, but found that the injections were a better fit for me and my body. Combined with a calorie deficit and a workout regimen. I have dropped to 180 and I am now focusing on building muscle. I used to think that it was not possible for me, but with persistence and never giving up I know that if I can lose the weight, anyone can too!”
